Tina is an Enrolled Agent with over 20 years of experience in the accounting profession, having built her career across both public accounting and corporate finance. This diverse background gives her a well-rounded understanding of the numbers — whether she's preparing a return, managing the books, or offering guidance on a company's broader financial picture.

As a co-founder of Willow Business Solutions, Tina puts that experience to work for a wide range of clients — from small, family-owned businesses to large, international corporations with consolidated financial operations.

She's committed to understanding each client's unique story, goals, and challenges, and takes real satisfaction in helping them grow and succeed.

Outside the office, Tina treasures time spent with her family, especially her daughters — from relaxing days at the beach, to the sidelines of their sporting events, to watching games together at home.

Joey is the Management and Growth Lead at Willow Business Solutions. Working alongside Tina and the Willow team, he helps owners understand their numbers, uncover the real problems inside their companies, and make smarter decisions about what comes next. He does not simply hand clients reports filled with financial jargon. He connects the numbers to the business and helps create a practical plan for moving forward.

Joey has worked in management since 1997. Throughout his career, he has worked for Brinker International, Marriott, Red Bull, Cintas, The Philadelphia Inquirer, and Wally Park. He also owned MazCo Home Detailing, a residential, commercial, and light industrial cleaning business, for more than 20 years. This combination of corporate leadership and business ownership gives Joey a firsthand understanding of the responsibility, pressure, and pride that come with running a company.

Joey also founded and runs The Pennyworth Group, a business consulting firm focused on strategy, leadership, systems, accountability, profitability, and growth.

He currently serves as Managing Director of the Young Entrepreneurs Academy of Philadelphia, helping middle school and high school students turn their ideas into businesses and prepare to pitch them to investors.

At Willow, Joey brings all of that experience together to connect bookkeeping, accounting support, payroll coordination, tax related services, and financial guidance with the decisions owners face every day.
